Andrew Forbes

Andrew Forbes joined F.E. Forbes Company in January of 2023 as the fourth generation family
member to enter into the family business.

As Vice President, Andrew specializes in Loan Origination and Investor Relations for F.E. Forbes
Company’s creative financing options throughout the Bay Area.

Previously, Andrew worked at Colliers International for 7 years, specializing in leasing and sales of
commercial and multifamily properties. Andrew was named “Rookie of the Year” in his first full year
in the commercial real estate business, a direct result of his willingness to go the extra mile to bring
added value and get the best possible deal for his clients.

His ability to connect with people, a positive attitude, and solid work ethic are qualities Andrew brings to every transaction.

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he served
on the Executive Board of Pi Kappa Phi. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys wake boarding, water
skiing, snowboarding, dirt biking and golf.
